Porttourspecialist.com.au takes no responsibility whatsoever for incorrect or misleading information that may be supplied by tour operators
  • porttourspecialist.com.au acts as an agent for tour providers and accepts no responsibility for their acts and omissions or for loss, injury or death that may occur while under the care of each individual tour operator
  • Payments for tour deposits must be made at time of booking
  • In most cases, the balance of your tour can be paid on tour pick-up/check-in by cash (AUD), credit card and often traveller’s cheques. Some operators may charge for the use of a credit card and this is beyond the control of porttourspecialist.com.au. Generally most operators do not charge a fee
  • Some tours may require payment in full
  • Cancellation conditions apply:
    • Cancellations by the customer outside of 24hrs from the day of travel will incur any operator charges and the following cancellation fees:
      • Tour value per person under $100 - $5 per person
      • Tour Value per person between $101 and $200 - $10 per person
      • Tour value per person over $200 - $15 per person
    • Cancellations by the customer within 24 hours of the day of travel or failure to board on the day of travel will result in Full cancellation charges.  No refund of any monies paid will be made
